  • How do i find the shop?

Instructions to Far East Plaza:

  1. By Mrt: Orchard MRT station (NS22) // 5 minutes walk

Walk towards Exit A, take the escalator towards Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel, turn to your right and walk straight for another 3 minutes. (You should walk past Scotts Square and Grand Hyatt Singapore)

    2. By Bus: Far East Plaza // 1 min walk

Bus 700, 971E, 972, 167, 171, 190, 587, 590, 598, 700A, 5, 54 and 105

    3. From Far East Plaza

Walk to the lift at the extreme left, outside of the shopping centre. Take the lift up till level 5 and turn left. (You should be able to see the shop)

 

  • How can i make an appointment?

You can either make an appointment through https://www.fresha.com/francis-jean-yv5q0z1r or give us a call during our opening hours (63338932). Do provide us with your Name, Contact Number, Prefered Date and Time of appointment - if you are coming as a group, do let us know how many people will be engaging our service and just let us know the name and contact of anyone in the group.

 

  • What are your opening hours?

Monday-Friday: 11am to 9pm

Saturday-Sunday/Public Holidays: 11am to 7pm

(Last appointments differs with the various services) 

 

  • What is the latest available time for appointments or walk in?

It depends on what kind of hair service you are doing, do call us or leave us a message on instagram for enquiries on this!

 

  • Can i do my nails and hair together/simultaneously?

Yes! Lollipop Nails (instagram @lollipopnailssingapore) are located inside our shop so we are able to do the 2 services simultaneously if the manicurist is available. (To prevent disappointment, do inform us that you would like to have your nails done too so that we can make arrangements)

 

  • Can I have a hair consultation with the hairstylist before deciding if I want to have my hair done/find out what suits me better?

Yes, we are able to give free, non-obligated hair consultation before you decide if you want to do your hair. You can just walk in or give us a call/book via https://www.fresha.com/francis-jean-yv5q0z1r

 

  • Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes, but do try to inform us as early as possible so that we can allow other customers to book the slot. (you can call us or edit your appointment by logging in via https://www.fresha.com/francis-jean-yv5q0z1r)

 

  • Can I make changes to my appointment date/time?

Yes, do try to inform us as early as possible - slots on first come first serve basis/subjected to availability. (you can call us or log in & edit your appointment via https://www.fresha.com/francis-jean-yv5q0z1r)

  • What are the Terms & Conditions of our promotions?

  1. Not valid with any other vouchers/promotions etc

  2. An appointment in advance is preferred to avoid disappointment

  3. Any request to make any changes to mentioned service/products used will cost additional

  4. We remain the rights to change the T&C if necessary

 

  • Is the promotion valid for all hair length?

Yes, unless otherwise stated. 

  • Can i color multiple colors (eg. ash brown with ash blonde highlights)?

Our promotion is only valid for SINGLE COLOR DYE thus if you want to add on a second color/highlight it will cost additional. (Unless otherwise stated)

 

  • The promotion stated that it includes a nail service, is it done by a professional manicurist?

Yes! It is done by our manicurist from Lollipop Nails (instagram @lollipopnailssingapore).

 

  • What brand of hair dye is used for the promotions?

If it is not stated (eg. Loreal hair color promo), it is done with our in house brand hair color. If you want to top up to a certain brand, (eg. Loreal), it will cost additional.


 

Bleaching

  • How much does bleaching cost?

Starts from $30 depending on your hair length.

 

  • How many rounds of bleachings do i need for a certain color?

The amount of bleach required for each color differs with each individual. For example, factors like current hair color, current hair condition, ability of your hair to absorb the color will differ. We cannot give u a exact answer unless we see your hair in real life, if you are concern about this, we recommend that you go for a free hair consultation with us to find out more before deciding if you want to do your hair.

 

  • Does bleaching damage my hair?

There will definitely be some negative impacts to your hair.

 

  • How can i prevent bleaching from damaging my hair badly?

You can bleach only once in awhile and prevent bleaching your hair too many times. If you want, you can opt for treatment to improve your hair condition after bleaching. (Some treatments good to treat hair damaged by bleach includes: Olaplex Treatment, Keratin Treatment)

 

  • I just bleached my hair recently and it is quite damaged. Can i bleach my hair again now?

We advise customers not to bleach their hair again in a short period and not all hair types and condition can withstand bleach so we may not be able to bleach your hair for you as it will badly damage your hair in the long term.

 

  • Can i perm or rebond my hair after bleaching?

No, we will not recommend perm or rebond after bleaching as the results of the perm/rebond will be affected by the condition of your hair. We recommend a few months break in between (4-6 months)
